Donspin treats user data protection seriously. We collect only what is required to deliver services, satisfy regulatory obligations and prevent fraud.

What we collect

• Email, password (stored as Argon2id hash), locale, country.
• IP address and user agent on each login — for security logs.
• Telegram ID, username and profile photo if you sign in via Telegram.
• Bet and transaction history — mandatory 5–7 year retention per licence terms.

What we do NOT do

• Sell your data to third parties.
• Use your crypto wallets for anything beyond the stated transaction.
• Store passwords in plaintext — Argon2id hashes only.

Your rights

You may request export of your data, correction, or account deletion at any time via support@donspin.casino. Deletion does not exempt us from regulatory retention requirements (5–7 years).
