Terms of Service

1.1. Registration (authorization) on the Site indicates your agreement with all terms of this User Agreement (the "Agreement"), the Privacy Policy, the rules of all games, the rules for using bonuses and special offers of the Site, the processing of personal data, as well as receiving information about the Site's services via messages to the email address or phone number provided at registration.

1.2. If you do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, do not register on the Site and do not use its software.

1.3. Donspin on one side and the person who has accepted the Agreement available at https://donspin.casino/terms on the other side have entered into this Agreement on the terms below.

2.1. In this Agreement, unless the text expressly indicates otherwise, the following terms have the meanings indicated below:

2.1.1. Donspin (hereinafter — the "Company") — an online casino operated by a legal entity registered in Curaçao and holding a valid licence issued by the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.

2.1.2. Site — the totality of information, texts, graphic elements, design, images, photo and video materials and other intellectual property, as well as software contained in an information system that ensures the availability of such information on the Internet at the network address: https://donspin.casino.

2.1.3. User — a legally capable individual who has completed the registration procedure on the Site and is empowered, under the laws of their country of citizenship, to acquire rights and bear obligations on their own behalf within the scope of this Agreement.

2.1.4. Administrator — the entity in commercial control of the Site. All clauses of the Agreement that include the pronouns "we", "us", "our", "Administrator" or "Company" refer to Donspin, with whom the User enters into this Agreement.

2.1.5. Service — services provided by https://donspin.casino via the Site on the Internet: participation in games of chance, placing bets, access to live casino, tournaments and bonus programmes.

2.1.6. USDT balance — the primary unit of account on the Site, denominated in the USDT stablecoin. All bets, winnings and bonuses are denominated and stored in USDT-equivalent and converted to fiat amounts at the exchange rate set at the time of the operation.

3.1. The User may use the Site only if located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is legal. By accepting this Agreement, the User confirms and warrants that, in the country in which they will use our services, online gambling is legal. The User also acknowledges that the Company cannot provide guarantees or legal advice regarding the legality of using the Site within the User's jurisdiction. The User uses the Site's services at their own risk.

3.2. The use of the Site is prohibited for persons under 18 years of age. The Company may request documents to confirm the User's identity and age. Service may be refused and the account suspended if such proof is not provided.

3.3. The Company takes all measures to restrict access to underage individuals. We are not responsible for false age information provided by the User.

3.4. Users are responsible for paying any taxes and fees applicable to winnings derived from use of the Site under their local jurisdiction.

3.5. Use of the Site is prohibited for residents and citizens of countries subject to OFAC, EU, or UN sanctions, as well as for residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.

4.1. We reserve the right to terminate this Agreement unilaterally and to take other actions restricting gameplay against any User or group of Users that violate this Agreement.

4.2. The Company may amend, edit, update and modify the Agreement for commercial, legal, or customer-service reasons. The current version is always available on the Site. The User is personally responsible for staying informed.

4.3. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the change.

5.1. If you meet the eligibility requirements above and accept this Agreement, you may proceed to open an account.

5.2. To access the Site's services, the User must register an account by providing an email and password (or by signing in with Telegram).

5.3. The Company may request KYC documents (identity, age, address) and may suspend the account pending submission.

5.4. The User confirms that all registration information is true and undertakes to update it promptly when it changes.

5.5. Support is available via in-app chat or support@donspin.casino.

5.6. A registered User may not register again. Duplicate accounts may have all bets voided and the account permanently blocked.

5.7. Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended. The Company is not liable for account-access loss caused by losing the authenticator without recovery codes.

6.1. We do not tolerate fraud. The following are strictly prohibited:

6.1.1. Sharing an account with a third party.

6.1.2. Use of bots, scripts, clickers or any software exploiting Site vulnerabilities.

6.1.3. Multiple accounts per User.

6.1.4. Use of stolen payment data or compromised crypto wallets to fund the account.

6.1.5. Fraud committed via other casinos, sites, or payment systems.

6.1.6. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to multi-account farming and adversarial betting patterns.

6.1.7. Collusion (e.g. chip-dumping, coordinated bets in live games).

6.1.8. Selling an account.

6.1.9. Providing false information.

6.1.10. Funding the account with another person's payment instrument or crypto wallet.

6.2. The Company may, without notice, block accounts and withhold funds where fraud is suspected. The Company is not liable for refunds in such cases.

6.3. Use of the Site for money laundering or other unlawful purposes is prohibited; relevant authorities may be notified.

6.4. The Company reserves the right to void all transactions on a fraudulent account.

7.1. USDT is the unit of account. Deposits in other currencies are converted at the displayed Site rate at the time of crediting.

7.1.1. The Company may recompute deposit amounts and void winnings if the displayed rate was incorrect for technical or other reasons.

7.2. The User confirms that funds deposited were not obtained criminally or unlawfully and undertakes not to chargeback completed transactions.

7.3. The Company does not accept funds from third parties.

7.4. Suspect deposits may result in account blocks and voided winnings.

7.5. The account is not a bank account; deposit-insurance protections do not apply, and no interest is paid on balances.

7.6. Maximum daily withdrawal: 100,000 USDT-equivalent (higher limits possible by VIP arrangement).

7.7. Maximum monthly withdrawal: 1,000,000 USDT-equivalent.

7.8. Withdrawal review may take up to 48 hours for crypto and up to 5 business days for bank transfers. Most crypto withdrawals up to 5,000 USDT auto-process within minutes.

7.8.1. While a withdrawal is under review, additional withdrawal requests may be limited.

7.9. The Site does not charge deposit fees. Network fees on crypto withdrawals are included in the displayed amount; bank/card processor fees are paid by the User per the processor's rates.

8.1. The Company is not liable for losses caused by third-party unlawful actions, including unauthorized account access.

8.2. The Company is not liable for losses arising from third-party access to the User's payment data, passwords, seed phrases or 2FA codes — these remain the User's sole responsibility.

8.3. The Company is not liable for losses caused by misunderstanding the Site's rules or game mechanics.

8.4. Use of the Site is the User's personal decision, and any consequences are theirs.

8.5. Where the Administrator blocks or limits an account due to a violation, the balance on the Site is voided without compensation.

8.6. The Company is not liable for the outcome of an individual game — all RNG games are independently certified (provably-fair or audited RTP). Live games are operated by external studios (Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, etc.) and the relevant provider is responsible for outcomes.

9.1. The Company is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by force-majeure events including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, industrial disputes, utility outages, DDoS attacks, blockchain network instability, or other internet attacks. During force-majeure events, Site activity is deemed suspended and obligations are deferred.

10.1. Parties will attempt to resolve disputes via negotiation. Send your claim to support@donspin.casino or via in-app chat.

10.2. If no response is received within thirty business days, or no agreement is reached, the dispute is to be resolved in the courts of the Company's domicile under the laws of Curaçao.

10.3. The User may also complain to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board.

11.1. The User confirms they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in full.

11.2. The Agreement is binding on both parties.

11.3. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in force.

11.4. The Russian version is the original and prevails in case of conflict between translations.
